As a child we were all told to share things with our friends. And at You Go 4 It we are asking you to do the same.  Have you learnt something over the years that could help others? Got an experience that could improve someone’s life? Read the tips below and see if any of them will help you.  And then send us your own. All the best tips will be included so keep coming back.

Eat brown bread instead of white as it is much better for you.

Steam you face with hot water to open pores and wash face with cold water to shut the pores.  This leaves skin looking healthier.

Leave slightly warm tea bags over your eyes for 10 - 15 minutes to get rid of dark circles or bags under eyes.

In the winter wear something that covers your head as 90% of your body heat is lost through your head.

Slice a banana on top of your cereal to give you energy for the day.  It tastes great too.

Warm up longer than usual in the winter- with the air being colder, it will take longer for the muscles to loosen up.

I have a friend who told me if she ate one thing it felt like she had put on a stone.  I was really worried and encouraged her to talk to her parents who then took her to a doctor.  Sadly she was diagnosed with anorexia but she got the help she needed.  It may be hard seeing your friends unhappy but if he or she gets they help they need they can get better.

Dandruff treatment: Mix a few tablespoons of fresh lemon with warm olive oil and rub gently into scalp. Allow to remain for 15 minutes, then shampoo and rinse as usual.

Go out into the fresh air as often as you can. Vitamin D, which is important for bones, teeth and happiness, is boosted by sunlight.  But make sure you keep putting that sunscreen on.

Drink at least 6 to 8 cups of liquid a day - preferably water and fruit juices - to give the body a chance to deal with all the toxins we consume on a daily basis.

Walk into school at least once a week to get a bit of extra exercise.  If you get the bus why not get off one stop earlier and walk the last bit of the journey.
